Our Approach:
Collaborative MFT (CMFT) takes a collaborative approach to psychotherapy and relationship healing. This therapeutic approach unites the therapist’s competence with your strengths in order to find healing pathways. In treatment with us, you will join with the therapist to recognize your strengths and identify alternate possibilities in order to improve life as a whole: biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually.
Healing and change occurs within relationships.
This belief underlies our work with all individuals, couples and families. Regardless of the treatment modality (individual, couple or family) healing is found through the relationships with self, therapist, family, and significant others.
