Our Approach

What we're thinking.

We provide an integrative approach to mental health
that is holistic, attuned, and relational.

We are collaborative, direct & engaged in the therapy process.

This therapeutic approach unites the therapist’s competence with your strengths in order to create change.

We think holistically.

In treatment with us, you will join with the therapist to recognize your strengths and identify alternate possibilities in order to improve life as a whole: physically, emotionally, psychologically, socially, and spiritually.

We think relationally.

Whether we meet with you individually, with your significant other, or with your entire family tree, we will treat you and address your struggles within the context of your larger world.

We think and act on equity.

We are committed to equity, social justice and upholding human rights.

With respect and consideration, we will explore the cultural and intersectional narratives that influence your identity and how you view your presenting circumstances.

Travis Bailey, MFT Clinical Intern

I bring a grounded, collaborative approach to therapy that integrates emotional insight with intentional action. Before entering the mental health field, I spent over a decade in creative and corporate leadership roles within the music and entertainment industry, working in high-pressure environments that demanded clarity, accountability, and adaptability. That experience shapes how I approach therapy today.

As a therapist, I support individuals and couples—including men—who are navigating relationships, career demands, identity, and life transitions. I am particularly drawn to working with clients who want more than insight alone and are ready to translate self-awareness into meaningful change. My work emphasizes understanding emotional patterns while also developing practical tools that support growth in relationships, work, and daily life.

I strive to offer a nonjudgmental, inclusive space that honors diverse identities and experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, curiosity, and the belief that lasting change is possible when emotion and action work together.
