Virtual Psychotherapy serving NY and NJ
Therapy works best when it feels like a steady, supportive place to explore the patterns, stories, and relationships that shape your life. You may be feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you, stuck in patterns that leave you unsatisfied, or unsure how to move forward through a change in your life. Maybe you want more clarity, stronger communication, or a deeper sense of connection. My approach is systemic and holistic, grounded in the Adlerian belief that people can grow when they feel understood, encouraged, and connected to purpose.
I work with individuals, couples, and families on attachment injuries, intergenerational patterns, communication challenges, cultural adjustment, and life transitions. My work draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, CBT, ACT, and systemic family therapy, with special focus on multicultural and interfaith experiences.
As humanist psychotherapist Virginia Satir said, “We all have the internal resources we need to cope successfully and to grow.” Together, we will strengthen those resources to bring clarity, resilience, and deeper connection. If you are ready to connect better and build stronger relationships with yourself and others, I would be honored to work with you.
